George graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Business degree and a focus in Marketing. Today, George utilizes his entrepreneurial skills to promote products and help our manufacturer partners with new product launches. His industry experience began in 1995 with Buche & Associates, a manufacturer's representative agency based in Denver, Colorado. For 2 years he worked with them, as well as their agent in Arizona. In 1997, he founded Western Component Sales with Brian Demerest which they have grown to become one of the Nation's largest HVAC/R agencies. George's commitment to the agency and his relentless pursuit of offering the highest level of customer support are two of his top priorities. His aspiration of building a young, enthusiastic sales team has led Western Component Sales to become the strongest agency in the Western U.S. Another important objective has been to represent the industry's top brands, while limiting the number of product lines represented. This allows sustainable growth and execution of business plans for each manufacturer.  George has become relied upon by our manufacturers for his keen marketing sense and knowledge of our west coast wholesalers.
